Mum Structure
Both Mums and Garters are made up of two parts. The top part, where the mum flower sits is comprised of the mum, the back border, additional mum accents and flower accents. The rest of the mum is made up of the streamer package, name ribbons, plaques, chains, specialty ribbon, braids, and charms from our different tiers.
